2025-2026 Calendar

Program 1: Wednesday & Friday: 6pm-8pm

The Program #1 is running twice a week Wednesday & Friday at 6-8pm. It has split into 3 sessions: Fall, Winter and Spring.

Due to school gym unexpected maintenance during September and October, 2025, there are changes on training dates for Fall session. Details are shown in below.



Program 2: Friday 8pm-10pm

The program is running ONCE per week on each Friday night from 8-10pm. It has 3 sessions: Fall, Winter and Spring.
